The MindShiift website does not display program fees, offer a shopping cart, provide a “Buy Now” facility or take direct program payment through public pages.
Applications and discovery calls are suitability pathways. They do not by themselves create a paid engagement or an obligation to purchase.
Terms provided before enrolment
If a program or session appears suitable, the participant will receive the relevant scope, delivery structure, commercial terms, payment schedule, rescheduling conditions and cancellation or refund position privately before enrolment.
You should review and accept those written terms before making a payment. Questions should be raised before enrolment so expectations are clear.
72-hour assurance for long-term programs
Participants enrolled in an eligible long-term program may request this assurance if they do not experience an initial, participant-reported sense of relief or improvement in the concern identified at onboarding within 72 hours after their first completed program session.
Eligibility requires the participant to have followed the guidance and completed the practices assigned during that period, and to provide the agreed evidence of completion for review.
When the eligibility conditions are met, the participant may choose either a full refund of the program fee paid to The MindShiift or one additional month of coaching if they wish to continue.
This assurance concerns an initial subjective experience. It is not a promise of a particular long-term outcome, medical result, diagnosis, treatment or cure. Eligibility and the evidence expected will be confirmed in the written terms supplied before enrolment.
Payment terms
Payment amounts, due dates, methods and any taxes or invoicing details are specific to the accepted engagement and will appear in the private proposal, invoice or enrolment agreement.
A place in a program is confirmed only in accordance with those written terms. Website applications, enquiry acknowledgements and calendar bookings do not constitute payment confirmation.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Notice periods and rescheduling availability may differ between individual sessions, multi-session programs, group work, events and training engagements. The written terms for the accepted engagement will explain what applies.
Late cancellation, repeated rescheduling or a missed appointment may be treated as a used session where the participant-specific agreement states this clearly.
Cancellation and refund requests
Except for the eligible 72-hour assurance described above, eligibility for cancellation, credit, transfer or refund is determined by the written terms accepted for the specific engagement, the stage of delivery, any resources or reserved capacity already provided, and applicable law.
This public page does not override a participant’s signed proposal, invoice terms or enrolment agreement.
Changes by The MindShiift
If The MindShiift needs to postpone or cancel a scheduled service, the team will communicate directly and offer the remedy stated in the applicable engagement terms, such as a rescheduled date, service credit or other appropriate resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
